The founder of Sparkle is a mom and wife who quickly got frustrated with never knowing if her cleaners would show up and if so, what time. She found herself wondering why she would be notified when her dinner was on the way but not her cleaner. She was inspired to create Sparkle with the mission to bring the cleaning industry up to speed with today’s technologies. Sparkle removes all the paper hassle and provides you with transparency – on-my-way text notifications, and online and auto payment options, and alerts leading up to your appointments.

Grace
Founder & CEO
Grace's inspiration for Sparkle came out of necessity! Realizing first-hand the difficulty of finding a reliable cleaning she decided to leverage her executive experience to launch a turnkey cleaning service – Sparkle!
Those that know Grace will describe her as a people-first leader that builds collaborative teams and designs data-driven strategies that provide exceptional customer experiences.
Her leadership style is one that is a true servant leader. Supporting all her customers and team members in the full totality of their lives. Helping others achieve their goals motivates Grace to show up and be the best version of herself every day.
Grace is more than just an ambitious business owner. She is a mom, a wife, and a driver of positive change.
While not working, Grace enjoys spending quality time on the beach with her husband and daughter. You will also find her supporting her personal passions in advocating for women, education, and promoting equity, diversity and inclusion.
Grace volunteers as a mentor at the Venice Women’s Resource Center and participates as a committee member on the Scholarship Review Committee for the Community Foundation of Sarasota County.
