The founder of Sparkle is a mom and wife who grew frustrated with the uncertainty of whether her cleaners would show up and at what time. She often wondered why she received notifications for dinner delivery but not for her cleaning service. This inspired her to create Sparkle, with a mission to modernize the cleaning industry. Sparkle eliminates the hassle of paperwork and offers transparency through on-my-way text notifications, online and automatic payment options, and alerts leading up to your appointments.

Grace's inspiration for Sparkle came out of necessity! Realizing first-hand the difficulty of finding a reliable cleaning she decided to leverage her executive experience to launch a turnkey cleaning service – Sparkle!
Those that know Grace will describe her as a people-first leader that builds collaborative teams and designs data-driven strategies that provide exceptional customer experiences.
Her leadership style is one that is a true servant leader. Supporting all her customers and team members in the full totality of their lives. Helping others achieve their goals motivates Grace to show up and be the best version of herself every day.
Grace is more than just an ambitious business owner. She is a mom, a wife, and a driver of positive change.
While not working, Grace enjoys spending quality time on the beach with her husband and daughter. You will also find her supporting her personal passions in advocating for women, education, and promoting equity, diversity and inclusion.
Grace volunteers as a mentor at the Venice Women’s Resource Center and participates as a committee member on the Scholarship Review Committee for the Community Foundation of Sarasota County.

After several years in the insurance industry, Alexis felt the urge for a change, and Sparkle quickly welcomed her aboard. Today, she leads operations at Sparkle, where her passion, leadership, and strong commitment to our core values drive improvements in customer experiences.
Alexis finds joy in making a positive impact on the lives of others—whether it’s customers, team members, or the community—providing her with daily inspiration to grow and help those around her.
In her free time, Alexis loves being with her family, including her furry daughter, Sadie (meow!). She enjoys soaking up the sun by the pool and indulging in fresh seafood, especially lobster!
