Realizing first-hand the difficulty of finding a reliable house cleaner after moving from Michigan, Grace decided to leverage her executive experience to launch a turnkey cleaning service in Venice, Florida – Sparkle!

As a mom and a wife who quickly got frustrated with never knowing if her cleaning service would show up and if so, what time. She found herself wondering why she would be notified when her dinner was on the way but not her cleaner. She was inspired to create Sparkle with the mission to bring the cleaning industry up to speed with today’s technologies and standards. 

Those that know Grace will describe her as a people-first leader that builds collaborative teams and designs data-driven strategies that provide exceptional customer experiences.

Her leadership style is one that is a true servant leader. Supporting all her customers and team members in the full totality of their lives. Helping others achieve their goals motivates Grace to show up and be the best version of herself every day.

Grace is more than just an ambitious business owner. She is a mom, a wife, and a driver of positive change. 

You will find her supporting her personal passions in advocating for women and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Grace actively volunteers at the Women's Resource Center in Venice. She is a member of the Venice Chamber of Commerce and CHIEF, an exclusive network for executive women to strengthen their leadership skills, magnify their influence, and pave the way to bring others with them. 

While not working, Grace enjoys spending quality time on the beach with her husband and five year old daughter. Collecting seashells and hunting for shark's teeth on the beach is their favorite family hobby. You will also see her walking her puppy, Arlo, around Wellen Park where they reside.
